John has published articles about Artificial Intelligence and is a frequent speaker at conferences about the subject. He started his career in automotive in the Detroit market, first selling cars and then working in just about every management position in Dealerships including Executive General Manager. John left Retail to be one of the first innovators of software as a service with LML technologies (Lease Link). After ten years and a sale to Dealertrack John left LML to found Asset One, a CRM company for the mortgage industry. John has held several management positions with Conversica most recently as Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
