Nick Funsch, Director of Sales Strategy and Associate Development at JM&A Group, is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. He has spent over 20 years in the automotive industry and now leverages this vast experience to help dealers simplify their business strategy and maximize performance in all areas of their organization. Nick currently leads a retail strategy team as well as a recruiting and development ecosystem for a national field sales team of over 250 associates. He co-hosts The Walk Around Podcast with a focus on all things retail automotive. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.  Nick and his family are from Georgia, spent 5 years in Milwaukee, and currently reside in South Florida.
