This year’s AAAS Conference kicks off at 7:30 AM on Sunday, November 14th and ends with a cocktail reception at 6:15 PM on Tuesday, November 16th.
As the event will begin early, we recommend booking your hotel for the Saturday before the event (Nov. 13th) to ensure that you won’t have to worry about arriving at the location after registration begins.
In order to enjoy all the Tuesday afternoon events and cocktail hour we also recommend staying until Wednesday morning.
