Chris Walsh makes Sales a comprehensive, cohesive, and company-wide effort, leaning on his deep knowledge of integrating sales teams with related internal teams to drive consistent results and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, and especially during his time as a Reynolds and Reynolds leader, he has demonstrated a unique ability for spotting exactly where internal tools could be implemented to improve productivity and performance. That insight has also made him an expert in identifying which external solutions can deliver those same benefits for Reynolds customers and partners.
Currently, as executive vice president of Sales and a member of the company’s Executive Committee, Chris oversees all Sales leadership for Reynolds. His focus on delivering a top-tier suite of products and services for Reynolds customers, developing the company’s Sales talent through intensive on-the-job and classroom-based training and education, and equipping that talent with a data-driven approach and actionable market insights, all combine to position Reynolds Sales for long-term success. Chris previously served as senior vice president of Reynolds Document Services and Naked Lime Marketing. Chris has been with Reynolds for more than 30 years, holding various leadership roles in business development, operations, quality control, sales, and support. He began his career on the Service side of the business before quickly moving into Sales and becoming regional sales director. Following that, Chris was promoted to vice president of the Business Development Center and, a few years later, to the oversight of the sales specialists’ organization.
When Naked Lime Marketing was formed in 2011, Chris was promoted to vice president of Sales and, after a period of great success and development with the new company, vice president and general manager of Naked Lime. Under his leadership, Naked Lime made significant improvements including the alignment of sales and operations and the release of several new products and services to improve the Naked Lime product suite.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Ohio University.
